Yes hi there, I brought my new Sierra Denali in for the first oil change and also to have the windshield replaced because when I bought it from you all it already had a crack in the windshield and you all agreed to have the windshield replaced. Upon leaving the dealership with my vehicle But there were smudge marks on the inside of the windshield like some sort of residue that was left on there look like from somebody's hands or fingers or something. And there was also some some dirt marks on the some some dirty spots on the door that were not there when I came in. And yeah I guess I'm a little surprised by it that the windshield wasn't done. A a do-over a clean after it's done yeah thank you

Per GM, the first maintenance visit is included and that visit includes an oil change and tire rotation. They never rotated the tires because they "didn't need it." I'm not quite sure where their technicians were trained, but that's not how tire rotations work.
