I appreciated speaking to Bill Ploof in service about working on the truck engine - and he even tracked me down with some good suggestions before the truck made it into the shop! Well done!

This experience made me feel like a valued customer; which was much better than my experience with the 23 envision. I was glad with the change because the service was always very good. I really hope we don't have another disconnect.
